- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, granulated sugar, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the peanut butter chips and vegan chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
