- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a medium bowl, toss the almonds with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Add the rosemary, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss again until the almonds are well-seasoned.
- Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and lightly toasted.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the cayenne pepper to your spice preference.
- For a sweeter snack, add a teaspoon of maple syrup with the olive oil.
