Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice (100% juice)
  • 1/2 cup Sparkling Water or Club Soda, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Pomegranate Arils, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill all your ingredients before you start.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the pomegranate juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup if you are using it.
