Description

Create a decadent S’mores Martini with a toasted marshmallow topping for a warm, comforting winter cocktail experience. This recipe captures the fun of childhood treats in an adult drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Cream liqueur (like Baileys)
  • 1 oz Marshmallow Fluff or Marshmallow Syrup
  • 1 Marshmallow for garnish
  • Chocolate syrup for rimming
  • Crushed graham crackers for rimming

Instructions

  1. Prepare your martini glass by drizzling chocolate syrup around the inside rim.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers on a small plate and gently press the rim of the glass into the crackers to coat.
  3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the chocolate vodka, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, cream liqueur, and marshmallow fluff/syrup.
  4. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.
  6. Place one large marshmallow on a skewer or cocktail pick.
  7. Use a kitchen torch to carefully toast the marshmallow until golden brown and slightly gooey.
  8. Place the toasted marshmallow on the rim of the glass as a garnish before serving immediately.

Notes

  • If you do not have a kitchen torch, you can briefly place the marshmallow under a broiler, watching constantly.
  • Adjust the amount of marshmallow fluff to control the sweetness level of your martini.
  • For an extra chocolate kick, add a dash of chocolate bitters to the shaker.
