Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz Chocolate Vodka
- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Cream liqueur (like Baileys)
- 1 oz Marshmallow Fluff or Marshmallow Syrup
- 1 Marshmallow for garnish
- Chocolate syrup for rimming
- Crushed graham crackers for rimming
Instructions
- Prepare your martini glass by drizzling chocolate syrup around the inside rim.
- Mix crushed graham crackers on a small plate and gently press the rim of the glass into the crackers to coat.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the chocolate vodka, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, cream liqueur, and marshmallow fluff/syrup.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.
- Place one large marshmallow on a skewer or cocktail pick.
- Use a kitchen torch to carefully toast the marshmallow until golden brown and slightly gooey.
- Place the toasted marshmallow on the rim of the glass as a garnish before serving immediately.
Notes
- If you do not have a kitchen torch, you can briefly place the marshmallow under a broiler, watching constantly.
- Adjust the amount of marshmallow fluff to control the sweetness level of your martini.
- For an extra chocolate kick, add a dash of chocolate bitters to the shaker.
