Description

Create a decadent S’mores Martini, complete with a perfectly toasted marshmallow garnish. This warm and fun cocktail brings the campfire experience to your glass, perfect for a cozy winter evening.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1 oz Crème de Cacao (Dark or White)
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
  • 1/2 oz Graham Cracker Syrup (or simple syrup infused with graham cracker crumbs)
  • Mini Marshmallows (for garnish)
  • Chocolate sauce or syrup (for rimming)
  • Crushed graham crackers (for rimming)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your martini glass by chilling it thoroughly.
  2. Moisten the rim of the glass with water or a lime wedge.
  3. Gently press the rim into a shallow dish containing the crushed graham crackers until coated.
  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the chocolate vodka, vanilla liqueur, crème de cacao, heavy cream, and graham cracker syrup.
  5. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  7. Using a kitchen torch, carefully toast the mini marshmallows until golden brown and slightly gooey.
  8. Place the toasted marshmallows on a small skewer or directly on the edge of the glass for garnish.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your moment.

Notes

  • If you do not have graham cracker syrup, you can make a quick version by simmering simple syrup with a few graham cracker crumbs, then straining.
  • For an extra chocolate layer, drizzle chocolate sauce inside the glass before pouring the martini.
  • Adjust the amount of cream to achieve your preferred level of richness.
  • Use a small skewer to hold the toasted marshmallow so it doesn’t fall into the drink immediately.
