Description

This S’mores Cheesecake Dip recipe is a delightful and easy dessert that brings the campfire classic to your kitchen. It’s a creamy, chocolatey, and marshmallow-topped treat perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a small oven-safe skillet or pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with the mini marshmallows.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
