- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a small oven-safe skillet or pie dish.
