Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped (reserve a few slices for garnish)
  • 1 large English cucumber, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the finely chopped smoked salmon into the cream cheese mixture. Season with black pepper.
  3. Arrange the cucumber slices on a serving platter.
  4. Spoon or pipe a small amount of the smoked salmon cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  5. Garnish each bite with a small piece of reserved smoked salmon, if desired.
  6. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning evenly over the tops of all the bites.
