- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the finely chopped smoked salmon into the cream cheese mixture. Season with black pepper.
- Arrange the cucumber slices on a serving platter.
- Spoon or pipe a small amount of the smoked salmon cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish each bite with a small piece of reserved smoked salmon, if desired.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning evenly over the tops of all the bites.
