Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies, for topping

Instructions

  1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and heavy cream into your slow cooker. Whisk until combined.

  3. Add both the semi-sweet and white chocolate chips. Stir well.
