Description
Make colorful, jiggly gelatin cubes that kids love. This fun snack is easy to prepare and a hit with little ones.
Ingredients

- 4 (3-ounce) boxes flavored gelatin (such as red, orange, green, blue)
- 4 cups boiling water, divided
- 4 cups cold water, divided
Instructions
- Choose four different colored gelatin flavors.
- In a medium bowl, mix one box of gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Repeat steps 2-4 for each remaining color of gelatin, using a separate bowl and baking dish for each color.
- Refrigerate the gelatin for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, cut each color of gelatin into small cubes.
- Gently mix the different colored cubes together in a large bowl or individual serving dishes.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- For easier cutting, you can briefly dip the bottom of the baking dish in warm water before inverting the gelatin onto a cutting board.
- Use cookie cutters to make fun shapes instead of cubes.
