Description

Easy and fun rainbow fruit skewers with a creamy yogurt dip, perfect for a healthy kid’s snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup purple grapes
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruit according to the ingredient list.
  2. Thread the fruit onto wooden skewers in rainbow order (strawberries, oranges, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, purple grapes).
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until smooth.
  4. Serve the fruit skewers with the yogurt dip on the side.

Notes

  • For younger children, you can cut the fruit into smaller, bite-sized pieces before threading onto the skewers or serve the fruit and dip separately without the skewers.
  • Feel free to substitute any fruits your children prefer, keeping the rainbow colors in mind.
  • This is a great recipe to get kids involved in the kitchen!
