- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup purple grapes
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruit according to the ingredient list.
- Thread the fruit onto wooden skewers in rainbow order (strawberries, oranges, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, purple grapes).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until smooth.
- Serve the fruit skewers with the yogurt dip on the side.
Notes
- For younger children, you can cut the fruit into smaller, bite-sized pieces before threading onto the skewers or serve the fruit and dip separately without the skewers.
- Feel free to substitute any fruits your children prefer, keeping the rainbow colors in mind.
