- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (use low-sodium if preferred)

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Grill the skewers for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
