- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- Cut the feta block into 12 equal rectangular sticks.
- Set up a standard breading station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second, and a mix of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and oregano in a third.
- Dredge each feta stick first in the flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured stick into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
- Thoroughly coat the stick in the panko mixture, pressing gently so the crumbs adhere well.
- Place the coated feta sticks on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the rolls generously with cooking spray to aid browning.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
- While the rolls bake, prepare the chili honey: combine honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until just warm and combined. Do not boil.
- Remove the rolls from the oven. Let them cool for 2 minutes.
- Arrange the hot rolls on a serving plate and immediately drizzle with the chili honey. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispness, chill the breaded rolls for 15 minutes before baking.
- Use block feta packed in brine for the best texture; avoid pre-crumbled feta.
- If you have an air fryer, you can cook these at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once.
