Description

You will create the famous Neiman Marcus Dip, also known as Million Dollar Dip. This creamy, cheesy spread packed with bacon, almonds, and green onions is the perfect appetizer for any gathering. It is simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, toasted almonds, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients distribute evenly.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
