Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk (for pudding)
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill for 15 minutes.

- Gently fold half of the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the instant chocolate pudding according to package directions using 2 cups of cold milk. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to begin setting.
- Pour the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining half of the whipped topping over the marshmallows.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm, before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute graham cracker crumbs for chocolate wafer crumbs if desired.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix.
- If you prefer a firmer crust, bake the crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F before cooling and proceeding.
