Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into 1/2-inch thick slices. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut out circles or other fun shapes from the watermelon slices.
- In a small bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each watermelon shape.
- Arrange assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer to resemble pizza toppings.
- Chill the fruit pizzas for at least 15 minutes before serving.
