- 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
- Optional: 1 tablespoon lime juice or a splash of water
Instructions
- Add diced watermelon to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If needed, add lime juice or a splash of water to help it blend.
- Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
- To remove, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your homemade popsicles!
Notes
- For an extra sweet treat, you can blend in a few strawberries or a small amount of agave.
- Freezing time varies depending on your freezer and mold size.
- These are a great way to get kids to eat fruit, even picky eaters like my Leo often love them!
