Description

Easy and refreshing watermelon popsicles perfect for kids on a hot day. A simple, healthy-ish treat made with minimal ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon lime juice or a splash of water

Instructions

  1. Add diced watermelon to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If needed, add lime juice or a splash of water to help it blend.
  3. Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
  6. To remove, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your homemade popsicles!

Notes

  • For an extra sweet treat, you can blend in a few strawberries or a small amount of agave.
  • Freezing time varies depending on your freezer and mold size.
  • These are a great way to get kids to eat fruit, even picky eaters like my Leo often love them!
