Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup cubed cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. If using, add the chopped mint or basil.
