Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, and salt.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup or honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the granola mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. The granola will become crunchy as it cools.
- Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
