Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped nuts (if using), baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
