Description

Easy and delicious smoothie popsicles perfect for kids, made with simple ingredients like bananas and strawberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for added sweetness

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen strawberries, ripe bananas, and milk in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles from molds, briefly run the molds under warm water.

Notes

  • You can use other frozen fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or mango.
