- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for added sweetness
Instructions
- Combine frozen strawberries, ripe bananas, and milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove popsicles from molds, briefly run the molds under warm water.
Notes
- You can use other frozen fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or mango.
- Adjust the sweetness to your child’s preference.
- These popsicles are a great way to use up overripe bananas.
