Easy-to-make bites combining sausage and pancake batter.

- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup milk or water
- 1 egg
- 12 small cooked sausage links
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
- Prepare pancake batter according to package directions using the mix, milk or water, and egg.
- Pour about 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup.
- Place one cooked sausage link on top of the batter in each cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use precooked sausage for convenience.
- Adjust baking time based on your oven.
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
