Description

These Kid-Friendly Peanut Butter Fudge Bars are a simple, no-bake treat perfect for busy parents. They’re quick to make and a guaranteed hit with kids, even picky eaters.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. If using, sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Gently press them into the fudge.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  6. Once firm, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a slightly healthier twist, you can use natural peanut butter, but you might need to adjust the powdered sugar slightly if it’s less sweet.
