Ingredients

- 2 whole wheat tortillas (standard size)
- 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 medium ripe banana
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, going almost to the edges.
- Peel the banana and place it towards one edge of one tortilla.
- Gently roll the tortilla tightly around the banana.
- Repeat with the second tortilla, if using.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or pack for a snack.
Notes
- You can use any nut butter you prefer if there are no nut allergies.
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
- These are best eaten fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a day.
