Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the rolled oats and chocolate chips (if using) and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
