Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using).
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Gently stir in the mixed berries.
- Seal the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oatmeal and add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve cold.

- You can use any type of milk or yogurt you have on hand.
- Adjust the sweetness to your child’s preference.
- Feel free to use different fruits like sliced banana, peaches, or diced apples.
