Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using).
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Gently stir in the mixed berries.
  4. Seal the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
