Description

Easy, no-cook muesli cups perfect for a quick kid-friendly breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen and thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using).
  2. Stir until everything is well combined and the oats are coated.
  3. Spoon the mixture into small cups or jars.
  4. Top with the mixed berries.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the oats to soften slightly.

Notes

  • You can substitute other fruits for the berries, like sliced banana or diced apple.
