Easy mini bell pepper pizzas perfect for kids. A fun and healthy way to get them involved in the kitchen.
Ingredients

- 3–4 bell peppers (any color!)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings: mini pepperoni, cooked crumbled sausage, chopped vegetables (mushrooms, onions, olives – finely diced for little ones!)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and dry the bell peppers. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Place the bell pepper halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a little pizza sauce into each bell pepper half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add any desired toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender-crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can make these ahead of time and bake when ready.
- Get the kids involved in adding the sauce, cheese, and toppings!
- Cut into smaller pieces for toddlers if needed.
