Description

A vibrant and delicious smoothie perfect for kids, blending sweet mango and mixed berries into a colorful sunrise.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen mango chunks and half of the yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture into a glass, filling it about halfway.
  3. Rinse out the blender. Add the frozen mixed berries, remaining yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Gently pour the berry mixture over the mango layer in the glass to create a layered, sunrise effect.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the milk quantity for desired thickness.
  • Use different fruit combinations like pineapple and strawberries.
  • Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients (the berries will help hide the green color!).
