- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen mango chunks and half of the yogurt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture into a glass, filling it about halfway.
- Rinse out the blender. Add the frozen mixed berries, remaining yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Gently pour the berry mixture over the mango layer in the glass to create a layered, sunrise effect.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the milk quantity for desired thickness.
- Use different fruit combinations like pineapple and strawberries.
- Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients (the berries will help hide the green color!).
