Description
Easy and fun frozen yogurt fruit pops perfect for kids. A simple way to get more fruit and yogurt into your little ones’ diets.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen fruit (berries, bananas, mango, etc.)
- Optional: 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (for a little extra sweetness, if needed)
Instructions
- Add the yogurt and fruit to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. If using frozen fruit, you might need to add a splash of milk to help it blend.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you think it needs it. Leo likes his a little sweeter, but Mia prefers them as is!
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- Get the kids involved! They can help add the fruit to the blender or hold the popsicle sticks.
- Try different fruit combinations based on what your kids like.
- These are great for teething babies too (just make sure the yogurt is plain and unsweetened).
