Description

These frozen grape bites are a simple, refreshing snack perfect for kids. They’re easy to make and a great way to cool down on a warm day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups seedless grapes (any color)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional, for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. If using yogurt, place the yogurt in a shallow bowl. Dip each grape into the yogurt, ensuring it’s lightly coated. (Sarah’s tip: I sometimes skip the yogurt for a quicker snack, but Leo loves the creamy texture it adds!)
  3. Arrange the grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. If desired, drizzle with a little honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the grape bites to an airtight container or freezer bag.
  7. Serve directly from the freezer. Mia loves these as a quick cool-down treat after playing outside!

Notes

  • For extra fun, try coating grapes with a thin layer of peanut butter before freezing.
  • These can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Great for teething babies (ensure grapes are cut in half for younger children).
