- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the spice mixture over both sides of the fish fillets.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, gently warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice for the salsa. Stir gently.
- Once the fish is cooked, flake it into bite-sized pieces using a fork.
- Assemble the tacos by placing flaked fish in each tortilla, topping with mango salsa, and adding any desired optional toppings.
Notes
- You can use frozen fish fillets, just make sure they are fully thawed and patted dry before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of chili powder and cumin to your kids’ spice preference.
- Letting kids assemble their own tacos can make mealtime more fun.
