Instructions
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly.
- Pat the chickpeas very dry with a clean towel or paper towels. This step is important for crispiness.
- In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and paprika (if using).
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Cook until the chickpeas are crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
