Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly.
  2. Pat the chickpeas very dry with a clean towel or paper towels. This step is important for crispiness.
  3. In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and paprika (if using).
  4. Place the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
