Description

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • Cream cheese or hummus
  • Finely grated carrots
  • Finely shredded red cabbage
  • Finely chopped bell peppers (various colors)
  • Spinach leaves, thinly sliced
  • Optional: Cooked chicken or turkey, cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or hummus over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the grated carrots, shredded cabbage, chopped bell peppers, and sliced spinach evenly over the cream cheese or hummus.
