Instructions
- Combine berries, coconut milk, and sweetener (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries you like. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries all work well.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Adjust the sweetness to your child’s preference. Leo prefers a little honey, but Mia likes them plain!
