Description

A quick and tasty breakfast shake perfect for busy mornings and picky eaters. My kids, Leo and Mia, love this!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a cup and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Feel free to add a spoonful of peanut butter for extra protein.
