Description

These Kid-Friendly Chocolate PB Grahams are a quick and easy treat perfect for busy parents. They combine the classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter with crunchy graham crackers, creating a dessert that kids will love and parents will appreciate for its simplicity.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 whole graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Break each whole graham cracker into two squares. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the peanut butter mixture onto one graham cracker square.
  4. Top with another graham cracker square to create a sandwich. Repeat with remaining graham crackers and peanut butter mixture.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted.
  6. Dip half of each graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate.
  7. Place the dipped graham crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
  9. Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, sprinkle some colorful sprinkles or flaky sea salt on the melted chocolate before it sets.
  • If your peanut butter mixture is too stiff, add a tiny splash of milk to loosen it up.
  • You can use any type of nut butter you prefer if there are no peanut allergies.
  • These are great for after-school snacks or a quick dessert.
