Instructions
- Combine frozen banana, milk, cocoa powder, and protein powder (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
- Add ice if you prefer a thicker consistency and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
