- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4–6 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- Optional: croutons, cherry tomatoes, or other desired fillings
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Lay the tortillas flat. Divide the chopped romaine lettuce among the tortillas.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the lettuce.
- Add any optional fillings you like.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll up the wrap from the bottom.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired. Pack for lunchboxes immediately or store in the refrigerator.
