Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 46 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • Optional: croutons, cherry tomatoes, or other desired fillings

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat. Divide the chopped romaine lettuce among the tortillas.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture over the lettuce.

  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll up the wrap from the bottom.
