Description

A simple and delicious cherry vanilla chia pudding, perfect for a kid-friendly breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pitted and chopped cherries

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine the chia seeds, milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. If using, stir in the maple syrup or honey.
  3. Stir well to ensure no clumps of chia seeds remain.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until thickened.
  5. Before serving, stir the pudding and top with chopped cherries.
