- 6 slices deli turkey
- 6 slices cheddar or provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (optional, for binding)
Instructions
- Lay a tortilla flat.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese if using.
- Layer one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese on the tortilla.
- Sprinkle a little grated carrot and chopped spinach over the cheese.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly from one edge.
- Slice the roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
