Easy no-cook Caprese skewers perfect for a kid-friendly lunch addition or snack.

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) ball fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
- Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces, roughly the same size as the cherry tomatoes.
- Thread a cherry tomato, a piece of mozzarella, and a basil leaf onto a short skewer or toothpick. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Use small skewers or even toothpicks for little hands.
- If your kids are hesitant about basil, you can omit it or serve it on the side.
- Balsamic glaze adds a touch of sweetness and tang, but is completely optional.
