- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave for a few seconds or warm in a dry skillet).
- Place a portion of scrambled eggs onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over the eggs and add any other desired fillings.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla from one edge to the other.
- Cut each roll-up in half or into smaller pieces for easier handling by little hands.
- Serve immediately.
