Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Combine the berries, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. You can leave some small berry chunks if your kids prefer.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries your kids like, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
- Adjust the sweetener based on the sweetness of your berries and your kids’ preference.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and popsicle sticks.
