- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Ice
- Garnish: Shredded Coconut, Maraschino Cherry
Instructions
- Chill your serving glass.
- Combine white rum, Blue Curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until the shaker is very cold.
- Strain the mixture into your chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
- For a snowy rim, moisten the rim of the glass and dip it in shredded coconut.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
