- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
- Place the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a high-speed blender.
- Add chia seeds if you are using them.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour the shake immediately into a glass.
- Serve cold.
Notes
- For a thicker shake, use less liquid or add 1/4 cup of frozen banana slices.
- If you prefer a lower sugar option, use unsweetened protein powder and check the sugar content of your strawberries.
