- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or small marshmallows for filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. The edges should look set, but the center will still be fudgy.
- Remove from the oven. Immediately press a small spoonful of marshmallow fluff or a few small marshmallows into the center of each hot brownie cup.
- Return the cups to the oven for 1 to 2 minutes, just until the marshmallow topping has puffed slightly.
- Let the cups cool completely in the tin before serving.
