Description

Make breakfast fun with these easy and adorable fruit caterpillars. Perfect for little kids and simple to assemble.


Ingredients

  • Green grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pretzels (for antennae)
  • Edible eyes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all the fruit.
  2. Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.
  3. Thread the grapes onto a skewer or toothpick, leaving a little space between each grape to create the caterpillar body.
  4. Place a strawberry half at one end of the grape body for the head.
  5. Use small pieces of pretzel for the antennae, sticking them into the strawberry head.
  6. Add blueberries around the caterpillar for extra color and fun.
  7. If using, gently press edible eyes onto the strawberry head.
  8. Serve immediately and watch your little ones enjoy their fruity friends!

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fruits your kids enjoy.
  • If you don’t have skewers, you can simply arrange the fruit in a caterpillar shape on a plate.
