- 1/4 cup granola
- Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola, and any other desired toppings over the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces.
- Store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can use any type of yogurt you prefer, but Greek yogurt works best for a thicker bark.
- Adjust the sweetness based on your child’s preference and the sweetness of the yogurt.
- Get creative with toppings! Let your kids choose their favorites.
- This bark can be a bit messy as it melts, so it’s best enjoyed right out of the freezer.
