Description

Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Bark is a quick and healthy summer breakfast or snack for kids. It’s easy to make and customizable with favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola, and any other desired toppings over the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces.
  7. Store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • You can use any type of yogurt you prefer, but Greek yogurt works best for a thicker bark.
  • Adjust the sweetness based on your child’s preference and the sweetness of the yogurt.
  • Get creative with toppings! Let your kids choose their favorites.
  • This bark can be a bit messy as it melts, so it’s best enjoyed right out of the freezer.
