Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (optional, for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the cream cheese, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat until the dip is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
