- 12 slider rolls or small dinner rolls
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped
- ½ cup marinara sauce (kid-friendly variety)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken and marinara sauce.
- Spread the chicken and sauce mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider rolls.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered tops.
- Place the sliders in a baking dish.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
